Refund policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Every bag we sell can be returned within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, with no restocking fee, and we pay the return shipping.

Approval before dispatch

Within 24 to 48 hours of your order we send you photographs and a short video of the exact bag you bought. If anything is not as you expected, tell us then: we cancel the order and refund you in full. Nothing ships until you approve it.

How to return a bag

Contact us through our contact form within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
We email you a prepaid, insured return label.
Pack the bag with the inclusions it arrived with (dust bag, cards, box) and leave our security tag attached.
Hand the parcel to the carrier and keep the receipt until your refund appears.

Condition for a full refund

The security tag we attach must still be intact and attached.
The bag must not have been carried or used after delivery.
The inclusions supplied with the bag must come back with it.

A bag that returns without its security tag, or that shows signs of use, cannot be refunded in full. In that case we contact you first and explain what we found; we do not simply refuse the parcel.

Refunds

Once the bag is back with us we check it against the photographs we sent you and refund your original payment method, normally within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit.

If a bag arrives damaged or is not the one you approved

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Every parcel travels insured for its full value and requires a signature, so we handle the carrier claim ourselves and make it right: refund or replacement, your choice.

Outside the 14-day window

We cannot accept a return more than 14 days after delivery unless we agreed it with you in writing first. If you are close to the deadline, message us; we would rather answer the question than refuse a parcel.
