These terms apply when you buy from Evoranth through this website. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Returns & refunds and Privacy policy.

Who we are

Evoranth is an independent reseller of pre-owned designer handbags. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of any brand we sell, and we are not affiliated with eBay Inc. All brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the goods.

Our descriptions and authentication

We describe every bag as accurately as we can, with our own photographs and a published condition standard. Our authentication rests on long experience and third-party technology. No brand supplies us with data or stands behind our findings, and only the brand itself can be certain that a bag is genuine. That is exactly why every order can be returned within 14 days. The photographs, condition notes and video we send before dispatch form part of the description of what you are buying.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it and you have approved the pre-dispatch photographs. Until then either of us may cancel at no charge. If a bag turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute anything.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars and include shipping and import duties for United States addresses. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout; we never see or store your card details.

Condition, wear and what we do not promise

Pre-owned bags are sold as described, not as new. Wear consistent with the grade we published is not a defect. We do not promise that a brand's own repair service will accept a bag, and we give no warranty beyond the 14-day return window in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Returns are governed by our Returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our content

The photographs, text and layout on this site are ours. Please do not reuse them commercially.

Liability

We are responsible for your bag arriving as described and approved. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or customs action. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the bag.
