Shipping to United States addresses is free, insured for the full value of the bag, and released only against a signature.

Duties and taxes are included

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. Import duties and any tax due are already included, so you will not receive a second invoice from the carrier and nothing is collected at your door. This applies to United States addresses.

Before your bag ships

We do not ship on the day you order. Within 24 to 48 hours we send you photographs and a short video of the exact bag and wait for you to approve it. If you do not approve, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Dispatch and delivery

Once you approve, your bag is packed with its inclusions and handed to our carrier. Delivery times vary with the destination; most United States addresses receive their bag within 5 to 9 business days of dispatch. We email a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

Signature and insurance

Every parcel is insured for its full value and released only against a signature, so please give us an address where someone can sign during the day. If nobody is available the carrier leaves a card and tries again. If you would rather collect from a local depot, tell us before dispatch and we will arrange it.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If you are elsewhere and would like to buy, contact us before ordering and we will quote shipping and duties for your country.

If something goes wrong in transit

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if a parcel arrives damaged, or as soon as a tracking update stops moving. Every shipment is insured, so we handle the claim with the carrier and make it right: refund or replacement, your choice.
